Hi, I'm Hayley
Anthropological Strategist, Designer, and Builder
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and was fortunate to be surrounded by both creativity and technology from an early age.
My father was a commercial photographer, and watching him bring ideas to life sparked a lifelong fascination with how things are created.
That curiosity eventually led me to study Fine Arts and Anthropology at UCLA, where I became interested in how people, culture, and technology shape one another.
Working with organizations of all sizes taught me that sustainable success comes from understanding the entire system, not just one piece of it.
That's why my work today focuses on connecting strategy, design, technology, and operations.
My career has taken me across enterprise software, startups, product design, analytics, customer growth, and AI.
How Unlocking the System Behind your "Why" Leads to Better Business Outcomes
Do all the best brands and public figures embody certain archetypes?
Do people resonate with certain individuals or companies because they personify an archetypal identify people unconsciously connect with?
Sinek told us people buy the why. Jung told us the why shows up wearing a face we already know.
Put the two together and you get the thing hiding under every brand decision: a company is never only shipping a product, it's auditioning for a role in a story the audience has been rehearsing since myth.
